Wash the calamansi thoroughly then cut each into half across the segments.
20-24 pieces calamansi, 4 pieces calamansi
Place a strainer on top of a pitcher/glass.
Use your thumb and index finger or use a lemon/calamansi squeezer to squeeze out 20-24 calamansi juice and run it through the strainer.
Add the sugar and pour in half of the water. Stir until completely dissolved.
½ - ¾ cup sugar, 4 cups water, 2-3 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup water
Add the rest of the water and stir again.
Add the remaining calamansi halves to the pitcher.
5-6 pieces calamansi
For added flavor, lightly crush or pound the mint leaves with the flat of a knife. Add this to the pitcher of calamansi juice.

To serve add ½ cup of ice cubes on a glass then fill it with the calamansi juice.
